Specimen - Blueby ~Skuldier

Traditional Art / Drawings / Fantasy

My submission for ~marker-club's contest: Create a character based on a color. Or something along those lines.

Done with micron pens, tria markers, prismacolor markers, and copic sketch markers. I used a gel pen for the outline.

Time:
Sketch: Far too long.
Ink: 3-4 hours.
Coloring: ETERNITY! My back is killing me from it!

This is actually one of better ones if now the best one in your gallery. Well when you put a bit more effort you allways get a better outcome...really i like it, the tone is beatiful nd the line work fits it really good. Well done!

I'd like to try doing it again. Unfortunately I work full time and pencil a comic book, so the rest of my art doesn't get the attention I'd like to give it. That said, I could just spend a couple of weeks doing a drawing in my spare time. It's not like there's a rush to get it up.
